Information you choose to share

The contact form asks for a parent’s name, email, phone number, child’s age, preferred contact method and message or question. Please do not provide medical information.

When you select SUBMIT on the connected form, your inquiry is sent over HTTPS to Web3Forms for delivery to Caitlin.Rath@infantswim.com. Your email app does not need to open. If delivery cannot be confirmed, the form displays an error and keeps your entries so you can try again.

How inquiries are used

The information you provide is used to respond to your questions and discuss ISR Macomb lessons or getting started. Your preferred contact method tells Caitlin whether you would like a response by email, phone or text.

You can also contact Caitlin directly by phone or email without completing the website form.

Form delivery and spam protection

Web3Forms processes inquiry details to send Caitlin an email and help prevent spam. Its privacy policy states that submission data may be retained for up to three years, with shorter retention possible, and that spam-prevention providers may receive a submitter’s email and IP address. Caitlin’s email provider also processes the delivered inquiry.

The website uses a hidden spam-prevention field and Web3Forms’ built-in filtering. The Contact form does not save entries to a website database or browser storage. Details remain in the current page after a failed attempt and are cleared from the form after a confirmed submission.

Availability waitlist

The Book Now waitlist asks only for your email address. Selecting JOIN THE WAITLIST sends your email through Web3Forms to Caitlin so she can contact you about future sessions or lesson times.

The waitlist currently uses email notifications to Caitlin, not a separate website database. Your address stays in the form if a submission fails and is cleared after the service confirms acceptance. You can contact Caitlin at Caitlin.Rath@infantswim.com if you no longer want availability updates.

Current website features

The current site does not implement analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts, images and lesson videos are served as part of the website rather than through embedded social-media players.

Cloudflare hosts this website and processes technical information, such as IP addresses and request data, to deliver and protect it.

Links and other services

Links to social-media pages take you to services with their own privacy practices.

If you follow a link to ISR Corporate registration or a future scheduling service, that service’s information requests and privacy practices apply.
